Elise Uberoi is Head of the Social Policy Section in the House of Commons Library at the UK Parliament, as well as Deputy Chair of IPEN.
Holding a PhD in Political Theory from Cardiff University, Dr Uberoi’s academic research has explored citizenship, multiculturalism, democracy, and political inclusion. She brings a unique combination of scholarly expertise and practical parliamentary experience, with a strong focus on helping legislatures use evidence to inform policy and strengthen democratic institutions.
